1. Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to provide efficient service and delivery, orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible via fanpages, or at bbdecordesign2019@gmail.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimate shipping date varies depending on each product. We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 - 10 business days. Shipping takes over 8 - 20 days on average, depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped out, we will update a tracking code via email so that you can stay up-to-date with your order status. To track an item, go to Tracking order page and enter your Order ID and the email address you used to place the order. Honestly, I ordered the XL because I wanted to be able to fully appreciate the artwork, but the base is a little odd; I expected it to be a bit bigger.
But it's totally worth it, it's very pretty, it looks beautiful, and it arrived in only 9 days.
Honestly, that was very fast. It's better to track the package using the tracking number provided for the website, than through the "Shop" app, because the app kept showing "preparing shipment." I loved it, 10/10.
